All’ inizio di settembre i servizi Twitter dei quotidiani del Regno Unito hanno raggiunto 1.471.936 frequentatori, con  un aumento del 17% in un mese (l’ 1 agosto avevano  1.258.044 followers). I dati sono stati elaborati da uno studioso di media, Malcom Coles, sul suo blog.

Rispetto ai dati qui sopra, i quotidiani italiani che hanno un servizio di feed via twitter, come Repubblica.it  o la Stampa, registrano numeri ancora relativamente modesti.
